How long will my order take to ship?
Each item has a processing time of up to 10 business days.
This timeframe begins after your order is placed and your design proof has been approved.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
I have a lot of pets! Can I have them all embroidered?
Currently I can embroider up to 4 pets, however if you have more feel free to get in touch and I'll see what I can do!
Can I return my order?
We're unable to accept returns as each item is bespoke and unique to you. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll see how we can help.
I want my pet on a blanket/pillowcase/towel etc, can you do this?
