All of our items are made to order, created especially for you (and your pet!) so things take time. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Each item has a processing time of up to 10 business days.
This timeframe begins after your order is placed and your design proof has been approved.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

UK Shipping

  • Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local postal services

Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by the destination country

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • US orders have duties calculated and paid by the customer at checkout, so no additional charges should be due on delivery
