Because each of our pieces is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on custom pet portrait embroidery.

However, your happiness means everything to us! If something isn’t right, we’re always happy to help with a refund or exchange under the conditions below.

Refunds & Exchanges

We gladly offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • There’s a mistake on our end (wrong pet, incorrect size, etc.)

  • Your order arrives significantly different from what was approved/discussed

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
